It is worth understanding that free fitness is only a temporary measure. If the purpose of exercise is to lose weight, pumping muscles, then unsystematic free exercise in clubs will not give the proper result. You need a leading trainer and a well-thought-out individual program.

Free fitness: fiction or reality?

Sports clubs, sections, even individual trainers hold free classes for advertising. This is how they promote their services to potential season ticket buyers. If you live in a big city, finding promotions for free fitness is not difficult.

Where to find messages about such classes? In the social groups of your city, in the group of a particular fitness center or trainer. Such posts are actively promoted to attract an audience.

You do not have to expect much from a trial class. Usually they give a standard program “for everyone”. The trainer will not be interested in you, so this option is for those who agree to work in a group or on their own.

Street classes and workshops are also an option for free fitness.

Free street fitness – opportunities and offers

There are different kinds of sports suitable for exercising outside. The closest to fitness are yoga, walkout, zumba, and pilates.

  • Yoga is a set of exercises to develop flexibility and strength in the body, a lot of attention is paid to breathing. The advantage of this kind of fitness is that you do not need any equipment (except a mat).   • Pilates is a moderate physical exercise to maintain body tone. Originally designed for rehabilitation after injuries. Suitable for beginners before choosing a basic type of exercise.
  • Monitor announcements of master classes should be in sports groups. But a class from a specialist on a free basis is rare. Fitness for free sounds tempting, but it is extremely limited. You’ll have to look for a workout at the gym during the cold season. And the limited amount of action won’t allow you to exercise regularly.
