Event Strategy Development & Evaluation

Hosting important sports events can bring a wide range of attractive benefits to the host city, both short and long term. But without a focused event strategy it will be difficult for any host city to make the right choices between the various hosting opportunities and to effectively activate the event successfully.

We have extensive experience in advising sports commission and CVB leaders in creating powerful event attraction and hosting strategies based on our evaluation models. Our work ensures that clients not only choose the right event but also understand how to get the maximum benefit from hosting it.

Destination Marketing & Event Host Communication

Important sports events are major communication opportunities for a host city. Images and brands can be reinforced or repositioned through events, and consistency with city initiatives is paramount.

For National Federations, Government Ministries and National Olympic Committees with goals for international sporting success, it is important to have advice about creating the right environment for training and competition.
