World Air Sports Federation (FAI)
The brief
Following a decision to modernise the federation's 'World Air Games' concept, the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI) - the World Air Sports Federation, asked TSE Consulting to assist in the process of creating a new concept for the games and in guiding them through the bid process.
Our response
After an initial review of the FAI guidelines/regulations and previous plans and concepts related to the development of the World Air Games 2009 bid process, TSE undertook process of re-structuring the World Air Games concept to make it even more attractive to host cities. With a great understanding of both the needs and objectives of the federation and the potential host cities, TSE worked in a strategic and creative way to create the perfect match between the two. This ensured a successful bidding process for the World Air Games in 2009 and benefits for all parties involved in the Games.
