Turkish Olympic Committee
The brief
The Turkish Olympic Committee (TOC) aims to increase its own performance as an organisation so that it can continue to effectively contribute to the development of sport throughout the country and increase athlete development and performance. To that end, the Turkish Olympic Committee sought to map out best practices from other high-performing national Olympic committees and examine the general national sport structures in which they operate, in order to evaluate and possibly improve their own performance.
Our response
Based on TSE Consulting's experience working with various national Olympic committees and in-depth research and interviews, TSE produced a report that provided the Turkish NOC with a comparative analysis of 9 high-performing national Olympic committees. The analysis drew out commonalities and best-practices that could be considered by the TOC in respect to its own organisation.
