International World Games Association (IWGA)
The brief
The International World Games Association (IWGA) asked TSE to work with them to increase the profile of the World Games by ensuring that the Games are flexible and able to fit into the long term planning and sports strategies of cities around the world and in guiding them through a re-development and launch of the bid process.
Our response
The first phase of the project entailed vast research and analysis of the positioning of the World Games. TSE worked on positioning the World Games and developing a concept that will be more attractive for host cities. Once this concept was established, a review of the current guidelines/regulations for the bidding process was done, in order to launch a successful bidding process for the 2017 World Games. TSE worked in a strategic and creative way to ensure that the World Games matches the needs of modern host cities.
