TSE North America Director Dale Neuburger to become UANA President

TSE are delighted to announce that the Director of the North America office, Dale Neuburger will assume the Presidency of the Union Americana De Natacion (UANA) following the Pan American Games in Toronto.

In his role at TSE, Dale brings over 30 years of experience in planning, soliciting, and managing athletic events. As a consultant, his clients include the United States Olympic Committee and 22 of its National Governing Bodies.

Dale Neuburger_portrait 1_intranetsmDale is in his fourth consecutive term as FINA Vice President of the Americas. He is Chairman of the FINA Development Commission and Chairman of the FINA Technical Swimming Commission. He served as the Technical Delegate and Competition Director for the swimming competition in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.

Previously Dale also served on a volunteer basis as President of USA Swimming and President of United States Aquatic Sports. He remains on the board of both organisations.

Dale noted “I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as President of UANA in the next four-year cycle and to continue to promote, enhance and develop our sport in the region and globally”. He added that he would ” pledge to work diligently to develop the sport, with great emphasis on helping our Member Federations grow and achieve success in international competitions.”
